- Suite rate is based on double occupancy.

Regular Rates
Low Season (November 1st - May 30th) : $125 CDN per night
High Season ( June 1st - October 30th) : $145 CDN per night

Christmas Rates
Xmas Season (December 18th - January 6th) : $165 CDN per night
Reservation & Cancellation policy
- Room rates based on single or double occupancy.
- One night deposit or 33% of total booking (whichever is greater) to confirm reservations.
- Cancellation requires 30 days notice by fax or e-mail for refund, less $25 processing fee.
- No refund for early departure of reservation.
- Check-in is 4:00 pm
- Check-out is 11:00 am
- No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the suite will result in a substantial cleaning fee.
Liability Clause
The owner can not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owners and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
